Avo Smash Parma
The Avo Smash Parma is a vegetarian’s dream! A Vegan Schnitzel with traditional crumb topped with smashed avocado, fresh tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, feta and sprinkled with mixed seeds. This parma can be made vegan by substituting mozzarella and feta for vegan mozzarella cheese.
