Craig Cook The Natural Butcher and Steve Costi's Seafood have joined forces to create an Australian first, a combined quality butchery and fresh fish shop on the Ground Floor. The fit-out includes a shared dine in space, Cook with Costi, which offers freshly-cooked dishes from both vendors. 

 

The venues focus on fresh local produce, delivered in the best way possible, whether it's from Costi's fresh fish and seafood counter, Craig Cook's quality meat cut to order. Both The Natural Butcher and famous fishmonger present an impressive array of meat and seafood to take home, or alternatively dine in and choose from cooked-to-order menu.
