Get to know Fiona, from Shepherd's Artisan Bakehouse at Broadway Sydney. Throughout lockdown, she has continued to work at Shepherd's to serve our local community!


Q) How do you stay connected with your customers during lockdown?

 We are fortunate enough to still be trading so get to see our regular customers in person, but for our valued customers outside of our 5km radius we have Uber Eats and Click-n-Collect available online through the Shepherd’s website.


Q) What is the first thing you will do when lockdown ends?

Enjoy dinner out with family and friends!


Q) What are you grateful for during these challenging times?

I’m grateful for all our healthcare workers on the frontline, and that we’re still able to operate, and do our part supplying our community with our sourdough and pastries to get them through this tough lockdown.


Q) If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Would it be too obvious to say sourdough!?


Q) What does your ideal weekend look like?

Enjoying the outdoors, eating (lots of eating) and spending time with family and friends.
