National Simultaneous Storytime is one of Australia's most beloved annual reading events, bringing together millions of children, families, libraries, schools, and early learning centres to share the same story at the same time nationwide. And this year, Broadway Sydney's Minis Hub is right in the middle of it. This year's book is Luna Roo: The Kangaroo Baller — a full-throttle, goal-scoring underdog story about rookie captain Luna Roo, who must trust her skills and her teammates to lead FC Outback to victory, with a heartwarming message that courage and determination are a winning combination. Your Mini will enjoy a reading of Luna Roo, plus singing, dancing, and plenty of interactive fun with our friendly facilitator. Every participant also takes home a special NSS 2026 badge to celebrate the day! Best of all, every ticket sold donates directly to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation — supporting literacy for children in remote and regional communities across Australia.
