Centre ManagementOur Centre Management Office is located on Level 3 via the lift near Broadway Sydney Medical Centre on Level 1. Our office hours are Monday - Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm.
Caring 4 Kids Broadway is located on car park Level 2A (yellow). Caring 4 Kids Broadway offers an array of learning experiences that are tailored, top notch programs, language classes and a wide range of sports as well as Zumba classes. There are three convenient ways to get to Caring 4 Kids:
1. Enter Bay St Car Park North & use the express lane on the right hand side & continue to Yellow Level 2A for reserved Child Care Centre Parking at the back2. Enter through the Shopping Centre via Level 2 Dining Precinct, take the exit at the back near Din Tai Fung onto the ramp, follow the ramp into the car park and go up to Yellow Level 2A to the Child Care Centre3. Street access from Francis Street off Glebe Point Road: walk up the ramps to Child Care Centre

By trainCentral Station is the closest train station to Broadway Sydney, services start from 4AM to midnight on most lines. Central Station is a 15 minute walk from Broadway Sydney. The station provides T1 North Shore, Northern line, T2 Airport Line, Inner West & South Line, T3 Bankstown Line, T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line, Blue mountains Line, Central Coast & Newcastle Line, South Coast & Southern Highlands services.
By busBuses stop on Parramatta Rd and City Road, opposite the centre. They travel through the city and beyond almost 24 hours a day. All Sydney buses only accept OPAL cards. City of Sydney uses the prepaid cards to reduce delays, so you'll need to get an OPAL before you get on board. You will be able to acquire one from Coles, and most convenience stores.Bus routes L23, L28, M10, M30, 412, 413, 422, 423, 426, 428, 431, 433, 436, 438, 439, 440, 461, 470, 480, 483 all travel down Parramatta Rd. Simply exit the centre onto Parramatta Rd and cross to Victoria Park directly opposite the centre.
By light railOur closest light rail stations are Glebe and Central. Both are a 15 minute walk from the centre. Services operate daily every 15 minutes from Central to Lilyfield between 6am and 11pm Monday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturdays, the service operates 6am to midnight. There is a 24hr service from Central to The Star operating every 15 minutes from 6am to midnight, then every 30 minutes until 6am.
By carBroadway Sydney is conveniently located on the corner of Parramatta Rd and Bay Street in Broadway. There are over 1665 available parking spots in our multi-level car park.
By bicycleRide your bike to Broadway and secure your bicycle and helmet safely in our Bike Block, located on the ground floor of the North Car Park, at the Francis Street entrance/exit. All you need to bring is a padlock! To lock at the block, place your helmet inside the storage unit, then secure your bike to the unit using the attached cables. Close the lid and lock with your padlock. Happy Riding!
By taxiThere is a taxi rank located opposite the Bay St entrance. Taxi's also frequent the area, and you will most likely be able to hail one down from Parramatta Rd. To make a book via Taxis Combined or Silver Service, please call 133 300.

HOYTSHoyts patrons receive four hours free parking, then normal rates apply. i.e. 4-5 hrs will be $6.50. You can validate your parking ticket by scanning the barcode from your movie tickets or Hoyts email confirmation at any Auto Pay Machine* before you go to your vehicle. *Please note: HOYTS validation is NOT available at boom gate exits.

Pre-booking is unavailable.There are 3 main entry points to the car park that are signposted:
Disability Permit Holders:Please register your valid disabled parking permit at the Customer Service Desk on level 1 to receive extended parking. To register for Disabled Parking you will need to bring your permit, or photo of your permit and Driver's License to the desk for your initial visit. After you register you can leave your permit in the car on display and visit the customer service desk for a validated parking ticket.
Student Parking - Located on Level 3AStudents can enjoy a $20 daily flat rate, exit before 12:00 am Monday to Friday ONLY. Students MUST park on levels 3A and 4 in the North car park to receive this Student rate. Enter from Bay St and Francis St to access the North parking levels. You MUST validate your ticket in the boom gate at Level 3A by simply sliding the ticket inside the ticket machine on the right hand side of the boom gate. Don't forget to take your ticket with you, and ensure you have your student card on you at all times for verification. Pay at any time during the day at an Auto Pay Machine before leaving.

Where are the electric vehicle charging stations located?The charging stations are located in the car park on B2 near the Bay Street exit.How much does it cost to charge your vehicle?Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.How long can I charge my vehicle?Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. Please note that standard car parking rates apply.What hours are the charging stations available?The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.How many of charging station do you have?We currently have three charging stations.The charging station won’t work for me, who can help? The centre management team will be able to assist with any faults in the first instance. If you have any questions or require assistance, please text 0428 722 767.What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?We have both Type One and Type Two connectors on the cables so you can charge regardless of manufacturer. These are on the white charging pods. The grey charging units are Tesla Type Two and should be used only by Tesla vehicles.Do I need to provide our own adapters?No, you can leave yours in the boot. While there is a move toward a single connector type in Australia there will always be at least 1 x Type One and 1 x Type Two cables onsite.Do I need to register my details anywhere?No need to register your details anywhere, our charging stations are free for you to use without having to download any apps.
Don’t know if you could call it an extreme makeover but we’re giving Level One a bit of a face lift. No need to just window-shop, you’ll still be able to hit your favourite stores centre wide!
What works are you completing on Level One? We are refurbishing Level 1 of the Centre, with the exception of the Model & Moxham building located on the corner of Bay Street and Broadway, to improve the standard and presentation of the centre.Works will include: · New mall flooring · New mall ceilings and lighting · New column treatments and wall finishes to the lift and amenities · Introduction of public art to four of the mall columns, along with new mall furniture
When will the works finish? We anticipate all works will be completed by August 2018.
What will the construction work hours be? Construction hours will comply with noise-restriction regulations under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997. Standard hours of work are as specified in the development consent: Monday to Saturday, 7.30am to 10pm with no works on Sundays or public holidays.
Will we get any new retailers (or other specific stores)? The refurbishment works on Level 1 as part of this project will only include works to the common mall areas. The introduction of new retailers on Level 1 does not form part of the upgrade works.
Will the works affect my day-to-day living as a nearby resident? Due to the nature of the work there may be some minor noise and minor disruption, however we expect disruption to residents to be minimal, and will keep the community informed of any major works in advance.
